Behaviour Support Assistant – SEMH Provision (Full Time)

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester 
Contract: Full time, long-term

A specialist SEMH provision in Oldham is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.

The Role

You will support pupils who require additional help managing behaviour and engagement, working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Managing and de-escalating challenging situations
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Supporting structured routines
• Encouraging engagement in learning

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working within SEMH, PRU or behaviour settings
• Calm, confident and consistent approach
• Strong communication skills
• Full-time availability
