Behaviour Support Assistant - Kirklees

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Behaviour Support Assistants to work full time at a Pupil Referral Unit in Barnsley. The school caters to students aged between 5-19 years and supports their transition back into mainstream education. These students are particularly vulnerable, may come from disadvantaged backgrounds and have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. We are looking for someone who is open minded and non-judgmental towards the backgrounds of these students, who is wiling to offer extra and tailored support to their learning and is dedicated to providing these students with a second chance.
