Teaching Personnel are currently searching for a behaviour support assistant for a secondary school in South Manchester.

It’s a full time, permanent position set to start on March 8^th upon schools re opening, initially running until the end of the academic year.

With students anticipated to return after months out of school, the SENCO of this large South Manchester school has contact Teaching Personnel for a BSA in order to pre-empt projected behavioural issues within school. You will be providing direct 1:1 and small group support to a number of at risk of exclusion students across all year groups. The SENCO is hoping with the presence of a strong, role model figure it will help maintain behavioural standards within the school and help foster a passion for learning with the outlined students.

Candidates with previous experience supporting behaviourally challenging pupils either directly within a secondary school environment or within a youth work/sports coaching background (11-16) are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to help build a strong relationship with the students.

• Full time role starting March 8^th 
• Earn between GBP1200-GBP1350 per week 
• Work in a large Gorton secondary school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
