1:1 Support Assistant Seaford
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a 1:1 Support Assistant for a Primary School in the Seaford Area. The position will initially be full time until October half term; but could be longer for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience working with children who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work alongside others
- The ability to follow instructions and to work independently when required
- Up to date Safeguarding Training
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviour
- A patient and empathetic approach with the ability to understand and sympathise with a child’s emotions
- Team Teach Training would be preferable but is not essential to the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
