Are you looking to work with children with challenging behaviours?

A Primary School close to Irlam in Salford are looking to add a teaching assistant to support a child who can show challenging behaviour. The year 5 pupil can become frustrated which results in challenging behaviour that can disrupt the class. If you have experience of working with children with Social and Emotional needs and show challenging behaviour this would be a great role for you to help support this pupil.

- Year 5 Teaching Assistant

- Supporting behaviour with one child

- In class support and support around school

- Withdrawal work out of class when necessary

- January start, long term role

This school is in requires improvement, however OFSTED have commented on how the SLT have put many structures and strategies in place to drive them towards being a “Good” school very soon.
