• Full time Behaviour Mentor position, January 2021 start
• Working with small groups of identified pupils, improving behaviour & outcomes
• Full support from SENCO and Inclusion Manager

• Great location, Stockton and surrounding Teesside locations such as Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Guisbrough
• Earn between GBP1000 - GBP1200 per month. *Experience dependent

**Experience working with children and young people within an educational/youth work setting is highly desirable for this position. *

The schools in the area service a diverse community, resulting in higher than average number of pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and significantly more pupils receiving Pupil Premium funding throughout their education. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work with a range of pupils across the Key Stages who have been identified to display challenging behaviour in school. These pupils will work in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to improve behaviour, motivation and standards throughout next academic year.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
