Teaching Personnel are working as recruitment partners for an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ school in Oldham who are seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join the school at the beginning of November or sooner if possible. The school has recently undergone a huge multimillion pound refurbishment, resulting in excellent teaching and learning provisions throughout. The incoming Behaviour Support worker will be required to work on 1:1 basis with the pupil both within and outside the classroom as they act as a positive role model and encourage the pupil to further engage with education whilst minimizing their risk of being permanently excluded.” – Deputy Head
