A client school in the Fallowfield area of Manchester (M14) are looking for a behaviour support assist to join their KS2 team on a full time basis for the whole of the summer term. To be considered for this role, you will have experience dealing with difficult behaviour and will be able to determine different strategies to defuse challenging situations. The head teacher and governors of the school are looking for a proactive teaching assistant who will be able to support the child on a 1:1 basis whilst offering support and encouragement to all children throughout school.
To be considered for this post you must have experience supporting children with behavioural difficulties in an educational setting or equivalent. The school are looking to short list for this position as soon as possible with a view to seeing prospective candidates ASAP!
The school can offer you:
- Competitive Rates of Pay Between ÂŁ11,998 - ÂŁ15,298 Dependant on Experience
- A Supportive KS2 staffing team and SLT
- The opportunity to Work onto a School Based Contract
If you feel as though you have the necessary experience and are looking to develop your career in education then you are encouraged to get in touch ASAP for immediate consideration.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
