Teaching Personnel are working with an SEN school in the Shirebrook area who are looking for a strong Behaviour Mentor.
The school cater for a range of SEN such as PMLD, Complex Needs and SLD - however the school has an Autism Hub attached to the school which caters for students with Very Challenging Behaviour.
We are looking for someone that is comfortable with Challenging Behaviour and that has experience working with students with Autism.
The ideal candidate:
- Team Teach Trained (Desired but NOT essential)
- Experience within an Education Setting/Residential Setting/Youth Work Setting
- Comfortable with Challenging Behaviour
- Experience with SEN
- Comfirtable to work with all age groups
