Are you looking to utilise your passion and experience to support young people in education?
A vibrant and inclusive secondary school have made plans to focus heavily on pastoral care across the school due to the closures. As a result, the Headteacher wishes to appoint a dedicated behaviour specialist who is able to support those pupil.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide extra support to identified pupils who need it most and are at higher risk of being excluded, in smaller groups or on a 1:1 basis. You will act as a positive learning role model for pupils and so the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar setting e.g schools, youth work, coaching, scouts/guides or social care.
Key aspects of the role:
- Full time Behaviour Mentor
- October 2020 to January 2021 in the first instance (likely to be ongoing)
- Earning GBP1300 per month.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
