An opportunity to support a group of identified students at a secondary school that are at risk of being excluded and display challenging behaviour.

  • Full time Behaviour Mentor required as soon as possible
  • Fixed term contract for 12 months in the first instance
  • Supporting identified group of students (in and out of class support)
  • Supportive and successful secondary school in Salford
  • Earn up to GBP1300 per month (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The successful candidate will be joining a hard working and successful team of support staff as a Behaviour Mentor, supporting a group of students that have been identified by the school as being at risk of being excluded. This challenging yet rewarding role will involve mentoring students both in and out of the classroom, with a view of improving behaviour and in turn raising attainment of students.

The school is a large, mixed comprehensive academy located a short drive from the A56 and close to several public transport amenities including a local Metrolink stop. The staffing team including senior leadership are passionate about supporting students as much as possible, preparing them as best as possible for life after school.
