Your Role as Assistant Head of English:

 Lead and support the English department, ensuring outstanding teaching and student progress.
 Help shape and refine the English curriculum to inspire a love for literature and language.
Mentor and support fellow teachers, driving excellence in English education.
Use data and assessment strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Promote exciting and engaging English-related activities, clubs, and events.

What We’re Looking For:

A talented and dedicated English teacher with QTS.
Experience delivering outstanding lessons with excellent student outcomes.
Leadership experience or strong aspirations to develop in a senior role.
A passion for English, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
