 BD4 SEN Behaviour Support

Location:

Bradford

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

£85 - £100 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in managing their behaviour
  • Implement individualised behaviour plans and interventions
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and track student progress in behaviour management
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student behaviour

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Education:

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures
  • Ability to assess and evaluate student behaviour
  • Strong interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
