Are you an experienced Teacher specilialising in ASC in the Barton Upon Humber area?
Do you have a Child & Adult DBS?
Teaching Personnel work closely with a special school in Barton Upon Humber who specialise in providing education for Autistic children and are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide support in school.
The school itself caters for boys and girls aged between 8 and 19 and provides a holistic service to children and young adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. The school also has on site facilities that include a hydrotherapy pool, sports hall, and horticultural facilities.
Due to the age range of the pupils, you will be required to have a child & adult DBS certificate or are happy to obtain one.
Do you have the following role requirements?
- Experience in teaching a range of learning difficulties in particular severe Autism to include Asperger’s Syndrome as well as Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
- Experience in teaching in SEN schools
- Experience with providing support for key stage 2, 3 & 4 as well as FE pupils
- Any other relevant experience
