About the School:

As the Art Teacher, you will:

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including therapeutic and forest school staff

  • Teach small groups (typically 4–6 pupils) with varied and often complex needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) – ideally with an Art specialism

  • Experience with SEMH, SEN, or alternative education settings

  • A nurturing, trauma-informed, and resilient approach

  • Passion for outdoor learning, creative arts, and holistic education

  • Strong behaviour management and the ability to build trusting relationships

What the School Offers:

  • Small, supportive class sizes

  • A calm and therapeutic outdoor setting

  • Emphasis on creativity, mental health, and student wellbeing

  • Extensive CPD and support from a highly experienced team

  • A genuinely rewarding teaching environment
