Job description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher ready to make a positive impact in a specialist SEMH setting? Our Warrington SEMH school is seeking a passionate General Subject Teacher to join our team from September 2025.

You will deliver engaging lessons across a broad curriculum, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs to develop confidence, resilience, and academic skills in a supportive and structured environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified teacher with experience or strong interest in SEMH or SEN education

  • Ability to deliver a range of subjects, adapting lessons to meet individual student needs

  • Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching and behaviour management

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to creating inclusive, nurturing learning spaces

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
