Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant

A specialist provision in Fishponds catering for students with Social, Emotion and Mental Health Needs ids looking for two Teaching Assistants to start ASAP on a full-time basic.

This isn't for the faint hearted but everyone who has been there who relishes challenging behaviour has loved it. The reason being is three fold: The staff are genuinely lovely and supportive, the provision is incredibly organised but most of all the lessons are really fun. They have classes such as Boot Camp, T Shirt printing, Music production, Ping Pong, Ballroom Dancing and Soup club.

These are full-time roles and you will be assigned to one student but will get stuck in with the whole group too. This will suit graduates, particularly psychology, Youth Workers and people who have has experience with special needs or challenging behaviour.
