Job Title: Day-to-Day Supply Teacher
Location: Birmingham (B7)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Flexible / Day-to-Day Supply
Pay: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A secondary school in Birmingham (B7) is seeking a reliable and flexible Teacher to cover on a day-to-day supply basis from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for a qualified teacher who is looking for more flexibility or is interested in gaining experience in different school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging cover lessons to KS4 and KS5 students

  • Follow school policies and adapt to different classroom environments

  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the full-time teacher

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively

  • Mark work and leave handover notes where required

Requirements:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching at secondary level

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
