A "Good" school in Enfield is seeking an Admin Assistant

A "GOOD" School in the Enfield area with one of the biggest 6th forms in London are seeking an Administration Assistant to work full time assisting the 6th Form co-ordinator with admin tasks.

*Admin Assistant - Enfield - Immediate Start*
** Admin Assistant - North East London **
The main responsibilities are as follows;

  • Developing and implementing a schedule to monitor and analyse academic progress and pastoral well-being of students on the Level 2 and 3 courses, reporting the findings to the Sixth Form Team and Form Tutors
  • Contribution to the promotion of a high quality of pastoral care and student support in the Sixth Form
  • Promoting the successes and high quality of the Sixth Form to ensure high levels of retention of existing Year 11 pupils and the recruitment of external applicants
  • The UCAS process for Sixth form students - completion of references, supporting personal statements and UCAS application forms + support for tutors in writing references
  • Assisting the Sixth Form Team, particularly in the event of absences, ensuring routine tasks completed including overseeing 6th Form area, Office operations, systematically updating Sixth Form daily notice board.
  • Liaising with KS3 and 4 leaders to advise, mentor / prepare Years 9 - 11 for progress, transition and option choices at KS4/5.

Requirements;
*Admin Assistant - Enfield - Immediate Start*
** Admin Assistant - North East London **

  • Experience as an administrator or admin assistant - ideally in a school.
  • A degree in any specialism would be an advantage.
  • A motivated attitude and to be able to think on your feet.
