Teaching Personnel are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who possess relevant qualifications and specific experience in relation to special educational needs. The successful applicants should be resilient, consistent and empathetic. You should have high expectations of all the pupils, your support should enable them to succeed and aid them in their achievements.

We are aiming to recruit someone who has experience of working with children/young people with SEN or be willing to learn and develop their own knowledge and skills to be able to do so. Although recruiting someone with experience would be preferred we would be happy to accept candidates who are keen to learn and have a passion to work with children. The role would be highly rewarding. It is also important to have a high standard of communication and be enthusiastic about the job role itself.

The role is to start in September 2017 and will be an on-going long term role with high possibility of permanent placement.
