Academic Tutor Contract

Tutor Needed in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective tutoring sessions for students in various subjects.
• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
• Provide guidance and support to help students build confidence and achieve academic success.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student growth and development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a one-on-one setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Patience and empathy to effectively support students through their learning challenges.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
