1:1 Tutor

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a 1:1 tutor in the Farnham area to support a KS2 pupil with trauma/SEMH needs in P.E. This pupil is a natural sportsman, tuition would use this interest to help build a relationship and encourage engagement.

About the Role:

• 1:1 Tuition for a KS2 student with SEMH needs/traume
• 3 hours a week (1 hourly sessions)
• In person within the home environment
• You will plan, develop and provide an individualised programme
• Focusing on P.E/Sports

Who you need to succeed:

• Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Experience with primary aged children
• Enthusiastic, engaging and resilient
• Experience with SEMH needs/trauma (desirable)
• A valid and current child workforce DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one)

As a 1:1 tutor you will receive a competitive hourly rate of GBP25p/h, flexible working pattern and hours to suit your lifestyle. We have capacity to provide both full time and part time hours to tutors.
