These pupils often have SEND and/or SEMH needs, and your role will be vital in helping them re-engage with learning through personalised, compassionate teaching. This is an ideal role for teachers seeking flexibility, control over their workload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives.

What We Offer:

  • £25–£30 per hour (PAYE)
  • Weekly pay
  • Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle
  • Opportunities for part-time or full-time work
  • Local assignments to reduce travel time
  • Support from a dedicated consultant throughout your placement
  • The chance to work directly with pupils who need your support the most

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional teaching qualifications
  • A compassionate, patient approach with a commitment to inclusive education
  • Confidence in planning and delivering sessions in Maths and/or English
  • Experience supporting SEND or SEMH pupils (desirable but not essential)
  • The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs

Whether you’re a retired teacher, working part-time, or seeking a flexible alternative to classroom-based roles, we would love to hear from you.

Apply today to start making a difference—one pupil at a time.
