1:1 Teaching Assistant – SEN (Secondary Age)
We are recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support young people aged 11–16 in a specialist educational setting. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering consistent hours from 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Secondary-age work is available, making this an excellent opportunity for those passionate about supporting learners through their teenage years.

Requirements

Have a minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN

Be reliable, patient and resilient

Be able to drive, due to the school’s location

Be confident supporting students on a 1:1 basis in a secondary setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
