1:1 SEN TA role in Wythenshawe, Full time basis

Are you looking to work within SEN in mainstream schools?

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a Manchester based Primary school in the M22 area to help with the recruitment of an SEN Teaching Assistant. The role will be beginning at the as soon as possible and will be on a full time basis.

The role will involve working with a year 3 pupils who has learning difficulties. The role will be on a 1:1 basis in the classroom. Supporting the pupils in class with their current work and keeping them focused on the tasks. The child is said to be a very polite and well mannered individual that has suffered a little socially due to the learning difficulties. The school is looking for someone who has previous experience in this field that will be able to develop the pupil in the classroom as well as helping them improve the social aspect of things.

The school is a small 1 form entry Primary in the M22 area and has recently been rated "good" in their most recent Ofsted report. The staff in the school are very warm and welcoming so you will be well supported throughout the school. Having recently undergone new leadership the school has continued to achieve to the national standards and is looking to keep improving in the next academic year.
