Role: 1:1 SEN Support

Location: Yate

When: Immediate start – Full-time

Salary: GBP65-70 per day

The Head Teacher and Governors of a really lovely school in Yate is seeking an engaging and passionate SEN Support. This role is to work 1:1 with a little boy in Year 2 with high levels of need. This child doesn’t have an official diagnosis but is likely to be autism and ADHD, so any experience with these and other additional learning needs would be great. This school requires someone who is calming and focussed and can support this child with tailored activities to support their needs as well as work through the academic side of the curriculum. As an SEN Support in Year 2 you will be joining as superb team in a really lovely supportive working environment.

Experience working in Primary schools or with children with special educational needs is beneficial, however, any relevant experience may also be considered. The key skills required are; excellent communication skills, a passion to inspire, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Please note you will be subject to an enhanced DBS check if you do not possess one already.
