1:1 Behaviour Mentor

We are currently working with a support center in the Long Eaton area that are looking for a 1:1 behaviour mentor from October half term. 

The School cater for students that are Secondary aged - the students have challenging behaviour/SEMH and autism. The students are either at the School full time and part time, depending on their indiviulal circumstances. Some students may be part time in a mainstream School and part time in the support center - other students may be full time at the center. 

The ideal candidate: 

• Stong behaviour management skills 
• Team Teach trained (desired but not essential) 
• Previous experience working with students with SEN/Challenging Behaviour 
• Experience in youth work 
• A nurturing but firm personality 
• Available 5 days a week between 8am and 4pm
