I joined Teaching Personnel as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in August 2020, supporting schools within the East Lancashire area with their staffing needs. As a branch, we are incredibly proud to recruit and support high-calibre teachers and support staff who are highly valued by the schools in which they work. It is very rewarding to support dedicated educators to secure their ideal roles.
Prior to joining Teaching Personnel, I acquired a BA(Hons) in History before working with disadvantaged children as an outreach and engagement worker across local primary schools in order to raise aspirations, improve engagement, and increase opportunities available to young people.
