South Wales SEN Branch

The South Wales SEN Branch of Teaching Personnel provides teachers, specialist teaching assistants and support staff to all schools in South, Mid and West Wales. 

Our Specialist SEN Education Consultants are experts in their field and all have experience of working as teaching assistants within SEN environments themselves. This means they have expert knowledge and experience and are easily able to recognise the demands placed on staff working in these environments making them able to recruit the right candidates who can deal with these demands. They specialise in long term and permanent roles to provide our registered staff with work to suit their needs and lifestyle.

Teaching Personnel are the first-choice agency for a large number of SEN schools and provisions due to the excellent calibre of our candidates and a respectful working relationship where we truly understand the needs of the schools we work with. 

TP pride ourselves on ensuring our candidates are properly trained and are in touch with all the necessary training demands that are important to their roles. The Branch Manager is a Manual Handling trainer and the branch’s Business Manager is a Team Teach trainer. They run regular training sessions for these courses throughout the academic year and run other courses that are important and relevant when working within SEN environments. We always ensure our candidates have the appropriate knowledge and training to develop professionally in the environments they are working in.
