Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a PRU based in Wakefield and are helping them recruit for a Learning Support Assistant with SEMH experience to join as soon as possible, the school is specifically for children with challenging behaviour and/or Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH).
You will be responsible for supporting In Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 classes with 6-8 students per class with SEMH. In the class there is SEMH, challenging behaviour and ASD, as the challenging behaviour is severe it is important to have extensive experience. It will also be important that you have the skills and an out going personality to engage with students and support them with all subjects.
