Do you have an interest in working with 11-18 year olds? Are you looking to supplement your income with flexible work? Do you have a degree or real world experience relating to education?
Teaching Personnel are working with a number of schools in the Durham area who are looking for confident individuals to work with learners aged 11-18 as a cover supervisor or learning support assistant.
This role would suit individuals with youth work experience, graduates and future teachers as well as those looking for flexible work.
As a candidate with Teaching Personnel you would be offered a variety of roles including:
- Cover Supervisor - delivering & leading pre planned lessons and ensuring productivity within lessons, this is often to cover a teacher sickness absence
- Learning Support Assistant - working with learners who require extra support or have Special Educational Needs either 1:1 or in small groups
- Tuition Intervention - you may be required to take booster sessions in the lead up to GCSE's
There are both full time and part time positions available and if you are unable to commit to the same days each week that is also workable!
