Do you have experience working with young people aged 11-16?

Join a successful secondary school in Manchester, seeking to appoint a Youth Worker to support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. The successful Youth Worker will assist students with additional needs including Special Educational Needs, behavioural difficulties and Social Emotional Mental Health issues.

This is a full time position commencing in September and running until the end of the academic year.

Previous experience working as a Youth Worker is preferred; however the school would consider applications from candidates with transferable experiences or skills, or those who have supported young people within secondary schools in the past.

Alternatively the school would also welcome applications from graduates with psychology related degrees.
