Job Vacancy: Youth Worker Looking for a Teaching Assisant role
We’re looking for a caring, approachable, and motivated Youth Worker to support students academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is ideal for someone with a youth‑work approach who enjoys helping young people grow in confidence and succeed in school.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in class and during small‑group or 1:1 sessions
- Build positive relationships and provide pastoral support
- Assist with behaviour management and promote positive routines
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers to support student progress
About You
- Empathetic, patient, and confident working with young people
- Able to support behaviour in a positive, calm manner
- Good communicator and team player
- Experience in youth work, support work, or education is a bonus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
