Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Job description
Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming Primary school who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide cover for staffing gaps and absences in the Spring Term.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking flexible, rewarding work within a supportive nursery environment.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the delivery of the primary curriculum
- Provide high-quality care, learning, and play opportunities for children
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Work effectively as part of the nursery team to ensure continuity of care
- Step in confidently to support daily routines during staff absences
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Hold GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Have experience working within early years or a primary setting
- Demonstrate a caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
