Flexible Working | £90–£105 per day | Immediate Start | Based in BS8

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Youth Support Worker (Primary) to join a welcoming school in BS8, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ lives, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities across all primary age groups.

Providing 1:1 and small-group support, focusing on social, emotional, and learning development.

Assisting with classroom organisation, learning resources, and positive behaviour support.

Encouraging curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.

About You:

Experience working with children (in a school, youth work, childcare, or volunteering setting).

A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education or youth work qualifications are a bonus, but the right attitude matters most!
