Teaching Personnel is working with an average sized Roman Catholic primary school in the Oldham area (OL8) to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced year 6 Teacher. The role is full time and starts in September. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career.
In this Oldham based primary school which has been rated 'good' by OFSTED, the children achieve good results. There is a strong catholic ethos and the children are friendly and enjoy coming to school. There is an effective reward system for students, which encourages good behavior. The teaching throughout the school is good as teachers create lessons which cater to their student's individual needs. The school has come up with innovative ways of teaching which has had great results for the children, especially in Key Stage 2.
The successful year 6 Teacher must be bubbly and be willing to interact with the students in order to enhance their learning. They MUST have experience and will be expected to mark and plan work. They must have a real passion for education and raising attainment.
