Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and work in a local primary school in Hastings.
This is a full-time teaching role, covering a Year 6 class which will commence after February half term and be on going until July 2019 with the potential to then go permanent.
About the role:
You would be working in a class of just under 30 pupils, with a wide range of ability levels. This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers, but the school would ideally like someone who has recently taught a Year 6 class.
To be considered for the position of Year 6 Teacher, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/NQTS) and have excellent KS2 curriculum knowledge.
- Have experience teaching primary education at Year 6 level and relevant references to support this.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a dedicated team, as well as a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
- You must either have or be willing to process an enhanced DBS check that is registered on the online update service.
