Teaching Personnel – Year 3 Teacher

Location: Prescot (L34)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary

Hours: Full time

Pay Rate: £120 - £232.56 per day (depending on experience)

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Prescot is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in their final year of primary education and prepare them for the transition to secondary school.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Prepare pupils for SATs and secondary school readiness
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing targeted support
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6
  • Is confident in preparing pupils for SATs
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Is passionate, adaptable, and committed to pupil success
