Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a Grimsby Primary School to recruit a Year 6 intervention teacher. There are currently a high number of pupils in the year 6 class; this role is to provide additional support alongside the class teacher to ensure that all pupils receive a high level of teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will have recent KS2 experience and have a flexible and dynamic approach to teaching. Excellent subject knowledge especially in Maths and Literacy would be advantageous. This role can be full time or part time for the right candidate.

The school is a large primary school in the centre of Grimsby, most year groups have 2 form entry and the school has a well established senior leadership team. Currently graded as "Inadequate" by Ofsted the school is making rapid progress in all areas, in particular they have recently been complimented on the improvement in behaviour of pupils at the school. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious teacher to make a positive impact.
