Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a number of Primary Catholic Schools around Sheffield and Rotherham. Teaching Personnel have numerous opportunities for the right candidates to work on a full-time, part time or day to day basis, with a high number of our Clients already requiring candidates for immediate starts from September.
Our ideal candidates are practitioners who are committed, enthusiastic and have experience of working in a classroom environment. Graduates with experience of working in an educational setting are preferred. Experience of working in a Catholic environment is not essential, but candidates would be expected to support the Catholic ethos when working in schools.
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University. These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Prevent Duty, Read Write Inc. and Child Protection in Education.
