Year 4 Teacher – Full Planning & Preparation
Location: Uxbridge
Full-Time | 5 Days a Week | Starting January 2026
Role via Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Uxbridge for a passionate and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January 2026.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the opportunity to lead your own class with responsibility for all planning, preparation, and assessment.
The Role:

Teach a Year 4 class full-time, Monday to Friday
-
Take ownership of all lesson planning, preparation, and assessment
-
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
-
Support children’s academic progress and personal development
-
Collaborate with colleagues, including SENCO and leadership team, to enhance pupil outcomes
About You:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
-
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4
-
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
-
Creative, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching
-
Passionate about raising attainment and supporting all pupils
