Year 4 primary school teacher - Radcliffe, Bury (M26)

  • Start date - 15th April 2019
  • Salary - £22,467 - £38,250 pro rata
  • Radcliffe, Bury (M26)

A larger than average primary school is currently looking for a Key Stage 2 teacher starting on the 15th April 2019 to teach in a year 4 class. Due to a maternity leave, The Head teacher is looking for a NQT or FQT who can work until the end of the year. As the school is increasingly expanding, there is a possibility of this role carrying on in September. There is also possibility for a successful NQT to complete their induction year at this school as well.

This Radcliffe based primary school aims to create a happy and respectful school community where the children can thrive. Because of this, the Head teacher is looking for a successful candidate who will involve themselves in the whole school community and promote the schools warm and inclusive family ethos. The Head teacher wants a Key Stage 2 teacher who will continuously push the pupils throughout the year in a creative and innovative way to raise attainment.

The school was graded 'good' by its most recent Ofsted inspection and due to the catchment area of the school and its excellent provisions, has a higher than average amount of children with Special Educational Needs. The school has a specialist ASC and Nurture unit where pupils with additional needs can be supported and an excellent senior leadership team to support staffs professional development.
