Owing to the current situation, Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an excellent teacher to work full-time as a year 4 class teacher at a ‘Good’ Primary School in Todmorden.  The role is to commence in early October on an initially temporary basis, with the view to be made permanent, the successful candidate should therefore be of an optimum fit.

The Headteacher is looking for someone who can:

• Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons of an excellent standard.
• Address gaps in learning due to school closures
• Consistently implement the school’s strong behavioural strategy
• Establish positive pupil/ parent relationships with ease
• Work well alongside a strong team of teachers and support staff of varying experience
• Provide excellent classroom reference from previous employers

The school itself is of a below average size, with good facilities and is easily accessible via car and public transport. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
