A challenging and improving school in the centre of Bradford currently require teaching assistants who have experience of working with children of a challenging nature.
It is essential that you can build good working relationships with children who may struggle with behaviour as a result of special educational needs such as ADHD and ASC.
Teaching Personnel are currently supplying a range of staff in school on a day to day and longer term basis. Candidates from an SEN or Care background will fair better in school. If you have a background in this area, school experience is not always essential.
