Role: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Runcorn (WA7)
Schedule: Full Time
Start Date: October 2025
Pay Rate: £120 - £232.56 per day depending on experience
A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Runcorn is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their passionate teaching team. This full-time role is to commence in the upcoming academic year and offers an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT (Early Career Teacher) to make a real impact in a supportive setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners in a Year 3 class. They will work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression across the curriculum and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and high expectations for all pupils
- Be committed to inclusive education and able to differentiate effectively
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
