Year 3 Teacher Required

If so a Primary school, which has previously been graded as Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted is currently looking to appoint a teacher to work with their Year 3 class, starting from September 2019. The school prides itself on the support that it provides for both staff and pupils to be able to succeed and creates an environment where all pupils are provided with the skills that allow them to progress. The school are therefore looking to appoint a class teacher, who is able to be a positive role model for pupils and maintain high expectations throughout school. ( NQT applications welcomed)

A successful applicant should:

• Have a strong knowledge of the Year 3 national curriculum
• Be able to demonstrate good practice, ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress
• Be able to differentiate tasks to ensure that all pupils learning needs are met.
• Be able to create an inclusive learning environment to ensure that no child is left behind
• Be able to implement effective behaviour management techniques
• Be a good communicator and be able to work as part of a team
