Full time class teacher required in Barnsley, Y2 teacher, full or part time hours starting Oct half term 2016

  • KS1 Full class teacher role with joint planning and an experienced HLTA for support
  • Competitive rate of pay up to £140
  • Full CPD programme available via Teaching Personnel’s CPD academy

Our client school is a great place for children to aspire, achieve and thrive. They are one of a number of primary schools in Barnsley that are joining a new academy in 2016 which presents exciting opportunities to improve local education as we will draw upon our collective experiences, talents and resources. We are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 teacher who is committed to improving standards and ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. One post is permanent, one post is temporary. We are looking for teachers who have the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. They will deliver consistently good teaching and learning in order to help all children achieve. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
