Year 2 Teacher – Maghull: Primary School

Monday to Thursday | January – July 2026 | Supply Contract via Teaching Personnel

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school community? We have an exciting opportunity for a Year 2 Teacher to cover maternity leave at a warm and welcoming primary school in Maghull.

The Role

  • Year Group: Year 2
  • Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Start Date: January 2026
  • End Date: July 2026
  • Contract: Supply via Teaching Personnel

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the school’s caring and collaborative culture.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in KS1 preferred
  • Passion for creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
