We are currently looking for a year 1 teaching assistant to join one of our schools based in Leicester. The school is seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant who has a real passion for education.

The role

This position will be ideal for anyone who wants to start or develop a career being teaching assistant. We are looking for someone who will help assist teachers to monitor and maintain pupil standards. As well as, following the structure set out by the national curriculum. Working in this schools you will have the opportunity to engage and build positive relationships with students, helping them get the most out of their education.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for some one with a real interest in education. Who is willing to work hard while maintaining a positive attitude. While qualifications are not necessary having experience in a classroom or other education setting such as childcare, care work, support work or sports coaches is desirable. Having experience with children of this age is also seen as beneficial.
