Year 1 Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Openshaw, Manchester are looking for a caring and committed individual to support a Year 1 pupil with autism. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s early learning journey.

They are looking for someone patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs. Experience working with children with autism is essential – training and support will be provided. The role is full time starting ASAP and running for the rest of the academic year at least.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
